If you would like to volunteer your time we are always looking for extra help for:

• Adoption and Fundraising Events
• Cleaning and caring for our animals on location
• Transporting animals to and from adoption events
• Transporting animals to and from the vet
• Picking up donations

We do have a Volunteer Agreement and Waiver (below) that should be filled out before you volunteer with us. You will need a photo ID the first time you volunteer with us.

If you are under the age of 18 your parent or guardian will need to fill out the Volunteer Agreement and Waiver (below) as well as the Volunteer Permission Slip (below) and they will have to accompany you to our events.

If you are interested in volunteering with us, we ask that you fill out our Volunteer Application Form. This will help us get to know you, your interests and your availability to support our mission

Volunteer at an adoption event

Some of the things you can do when you volunteer at an adoption event include:

• Walking dogs
• Playing with the dogs and cats
• Assisting the people and families that are interested in adoption
• Help set up the adoption event and clean up afterwards

Volunteer at a fundraiser event

Some of the things you can do when you volunteer at a fundraiser event include:

• Washing dogs
• Walking the dogs
• Informing the public about Arrow's Heart Animal Rescue
• Converse with other animal lovers about rescues, training tips and other related topics

Note: If you are under 18 years old and would like to volunteer your parent or guardian must fill out both the Volunteer Agreement and Waiver form as well as the Volunteer Permission Slip.
